StarindoNews.Com, Jakarta - Minister of National Development Planning, Suharso Monoarfa, attended a virtual meeting of the Satu Data Indonesia Steering Committee, Tuesday, July 6, 2021.
This meeting resulted a following decisions. In integratedgovernment big data governance aspect, first, agreed to establish a Task Force consisting of members of the Steering Committee/Pokja to discuss at the technical level and it was decided through the Steering Committee Meeting, then by taking into account data standards for each type of government assistance and integration.
Second, the management of DTKS needs to be re-established with the Ministry of Social Affairs acting as the executor, but the process of updating the data needs to be re-discussed in One Data Indonesia.
Third, joint discussions are needed between the Minister of National Development Planning, the Minister of Finance, and the Minister of Home Affairs to consolidate the integration of Central and Regional finance.
Fourth, the National SPLP architecture is designed to connect various data sources between Ministries/Institutions/Regions. Therefore, collaboration with BSSN is important to ensure data security in SPLP.
In Harmonization of Reference Codes aspect, determining NIK reference code as the sole reference for Indonesian population data, Regional Code as the single reference for the regional code (between the Ministry of Home Affairs and BPS), and NPWP as the single basis/single reference for business data.
In empowerment of sectoral statistics and geospatial aspects, agreed to accelerate data development by BPS and BIG through socialization, strengthening human resources, especially in the field of Geospatial mapping and the One Map policy, becomes an integral part of One Data Indonesia in supporting development planning, implementation and control.
In Satu Data Indonesia institutional strengthening aspects, agreed on initiatives related to SDI by Ministries/Agencies and regions directed at strengthening the governance of One Data Indonesia and agreed that SDI is the single source of truth for the management of development data.
Next, agreed that SIPD would be a data hub in the regions that are part of One Data Indonesia, agreed on the establishment of a Taskforce for regional finance supervisors between the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Home Affairs and agreed on the integration of state financial data and regional financial data to be fostered by the Ministry of Finance as the State Financial Data Trustees.
