Bappenas Gets Fair Without Exceptions Predicate From BPK

StarindoNews.Com, Jakarta - The Ministry of National Development Planning won the  Fair Without Exceptions (WTP) from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) for the Financial Statements of the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas in 2020 and the Financial Statements of Foreign Loans and Grants (PHLN) in 2020.


"Alhamdulillah, the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas has obtained Fair Without Exceptions (WTP) from BPK on Financial Statements since 2008, so that up to 2020 there have been 13 times," said Minister Suharso.


This was conveyed by Minister Suharso during the Submission of the Audit Results Report (LHP) of the BPK on the Financial Report of the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas in 2020 and the Financial Report on Foreign Loans and Grants (PHLN) of 2020, Wednesday, July 7, 2021.



The Minister said that the WTP opinion illustrates financial statements in general have been prepared in accordance with Government Accounting Standards (SAP).


The Minister also informed that this year, BPK also conducted an examination of the 2020 Foreign Loans and Grants Financial Statements (PHLN), namely the 2020 READSI-IFAD Grant Financial Report and the 2020 World Bank COREMAP-CTI Financial Report.


"We are grateful that 2 Financial Statements of the grant also got Fair Without Exceptions (WTP) from the BPK," he said.


Closing his remarks, the Minister expressed his gratitude for the examination that had been carried out and the recommendations submitted by BPK.


“We realize that there are still some weaknesses that we need to fix. BPK's recommendations are very valuable for us to improve financial management accountability, both from APBN and PHLN. We will follow up on BPK's recommendations in accordance with applicable regulations," concluded the Minister.
